Notes For Delegates

Programme

Room allocations and timings may differ slightly on the day and, if so, will be announced at the plenary sessions.

Book signing

Conference speaker Panos Karnezis will sign copies of his books in the lobby coffee shop from 12 noon.

Mobility and disability

Access to all meeting rooms is facilitated by ramps and/or lifts. Please advise us in advance of any special requirements.

Dietary issues

Lunch will include vegetarian options. Please advise us in advance if you have any special dietary issues.

Break-out rooms

An important feature of the event will be the opportunity it presents for students to network with other students. Break-out rooms will be available throughout the conference and the coffee shop in the university lobby offers further seating and a range of refreshments.

Accommodation

The conference is not residential. However, those delegates who wish to stop over will find a wide variety of hotels, bed & breakfasts, etc, in every price range, reasonably accessible to the campus, using the Google search: ‘Luton hotels’.

Emergencies

Officials recogniseable by conference badges will be on hand throughout the event. However, in the event of any emergency on the day, the conference convenors are: Nigel Robinson, 07985 759598; Dr Gavin Stewart: 079908 14520
